Use of the Platform
AttendMD provides a healthcare operational intelligence and analytics platform designed to help organizations centralize operational, attendance, billing, financial, admissions, marketing, and performance visibility across multiple systems.
AttendMD is intended for authorized organizational and business use only.
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and these Terms.
Healthcare & Operational Disclaimer
AttendMD is an operational intelligence and analytics platform and is not intended to replace clinical judgment, medical decision-making, professional healthcare services, emergency services, or legal/compliance advice.
Organizations remain solely responsible for:
Clinical decision-making
Patient care
Billing practices
Compliance obligations
Operational workflows
Data accuracy and validation
User Accounts & Access
Access to AttendMD may require authorized user accounts.
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
Restricting unauthorized access to accounts
Ensuring account activity complies with organizational policies and applicable regulations
AttendMD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates security, operational, or compliance concerns.
Data Ownership
Customer organizations retain ownership and control over their data.
AttendMD does not sell customer operational data or protected health information (PHI).
Access to customer information is governed through role-based permissions, organization-level access controls, and applicable agreements between AttendMD and customer organizations.
Integrations & Third-Party Services
AttendMD may integrate with third-party platforms and vendors, including but not limited to:
EMRs / EHRs
Billing & revenue cycle systems
Financial platforms
Marketing platforms
CRM systems
Call tracking systems
Payment processors
Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
AttendMD is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or operational changes of third-party systems.
Privacy & Security
AttendMD implements safeguards designed to support healthcare operational security, including:
Encrypted data transmission
Role-based access controls
Organization-level data isolation
Audit logging
Secure authentication workflows

Intellectual Property
The AttendMD platform, website, branding, software, content, dashboards, designs, workflows, and related materials are owned by AttendMD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Organizations retain ownership of their operational and organizational data.
Except as expressly permitted, users may not:

Reverse engineer
Redistribute
Resell
Exploit
any portion of the Services without prior written authorization from AttendMD.
Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with platform security or performance
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to access another organization’s information
Service Availability
AttendMD continually works to maintain reliable platform availability and performance. However, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
AttendMD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.
Platform functionality, integrations, features, and services may evolve over time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttendMD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services.
Organizations remain responsible for validating operational, financial, and clinical information used within their workflows.
Modifications to the Services or Terms
AttendMD may modify, update, or discontinue portions of the Services or these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which AttendMD operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
